1. Scope
1.1 The terms of use set forth in this agreement apply only to your use of galactic.com.hk. Terms of use here can be edited, adjusted or substituted by other terms of use (e.g. product and service terms of use). The valid terms of use should be at the time of log-on (with or without permission) or at the time of use of Galactic's website.
1.2 The terms of use set forth in this agreement does not apply to websites' use via linkage from Galactic's website unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.1 This website contains material about Galactic's special information (depending on circumstances), software and files for browsing and download.
2.2 Galactic reserves the right to stop operating this website in parts or on the whole. Due to computer networking's special characteristics, Galactic assumes no responsibilities for the continue operation of this website.

3. Registration and Password
3.1 Access to some web pages within this website may required a password. In order to ensure business transaction safety, only registered users may access these pages. Galactic reserves the right to refuse a user's right to register. Galactic may also change a page which previously does not require password access into requiring password access. 3.3 Upon registration, user will get an access code including user name and password. User should change the password provided by Galactic upon first time log-on. User may browse, edit personal information and data as necessary.
3.4 A user should ensure that his personal information is free from 3rd party's theft and should delete any password footprints while logging-off. When a user discovers 3rd party use of his personal information without permission, he should notify Galactic timely via email or any form in writing. Galactic holds no responsibilities to loss or improper use of user's personal information.
3.5 Upon receipt of the notice in 3.4, Galactic should refuse the particular user's information accessing the protected web pages. User may re-access the pages only upon permission from Galactic or re-registration as a different user.
3.6 Without breaching any agreements, a user may request to terminate its registration with Galactic. Under such circumstances, Galactic should delete all user's personal information and any identifiable tags.

4. Use of Information, Software and Files
